We want you to love your new jewels! If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we offer refunds, store credit, or exchanges on all full price merchandise ordered through our website for up to 30 days after the date of receipt for all U.S Costumers.
To start a return, please follow the below:
* Items that cannot be exchanged or returned are earrings for sanitary reasons. They are final sale. No exceptions.
* If your jewelry was damaged or shipped incorrectly, please email a photo to our Customer Care team at info@ledians.com and if applicable, we will gladly help you with a replacement.
*All returns must have the original tags attached and be unworn, with no sign of damage. We reserve the right to return any worn or damaged jewelry to the sender. Please note earrings cannot be exchanged or returned.
*This policy excludes all sale merchandise or reduced price. Sale merchandise is final sale and is not eligible for refund, exchange, or merchandise credit. We are unable to make exceptions for fit or sizing.
Free Exchange: Select an item for exchange and email us with your order number and exchange item request to avoid paying restocking fees. We will send out your exchange for free & provide you with a return label.
Refund: Email us with your order number & item you would like to return. We will send you a return label and $15 will be deducted for the return shipping label & restocking fees per item returned. International returns will have $25 deducted per item from the return amount for handling & restocking fees.
Refund for store credit: Email us with your order number & item you would like to return. We will send you a prepaid return label and the full amount of your purchase will be refunded to you in the form of a gift card that you can use to shop on our site again.
To exchange or return an item, simply email: info@ledians.com for a request stating your order number. We will process your exchange/return within 3 - 5 business days of receiving the item.
INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY
If you are not completely in love with your new jewelry, you can return the unworn piece back to us in its original packaging for a full refund within 14 days from order delivery. At this time we do not provide free return shipping for international orders. All international orders (Outside the United States) will be responsible for return shipping. When returning your merchandise, please pack unworn items in their original packaging.

Returning merchandise without emailing us to begin the return process will result in the loss of a full refund.
Shipping
DOMESTIC SHIPPING INFORMATION
All US orders over $99 ship FREE via USPS/UPS (3-7 business days to arrive).
All US orders less than $99 ship Economy via USPS/UPS (3-5 days to arrive). Economy shipping rate is $5,95. It will be applied automatically at checkout.
You can also select Express 1-2 business day shipping for $20 at checkout if you need your item faster.
*Saturday and U.S. federal holidays will not be considered as a regular business day with respect to estimated delivery lead time.
* Please allow 1-2 business day for us to process your order.
* Orders with 2-Day Shipping (Express) placed Monday through Friday by 12PM Eastern Standard Time ship the same day (excludes national holidays).
2-Day and Overnight orders placed after 12PM or over the weekend will ship the following business day.

* Please note, all international orders are subject to additional shipping charges based on the country’s taxes, tariffs and duties. These fees are not associated with Ledians and are to be paid by the customer upon delivery.
